Theater & Music: There’s always something going on in Baltimore arts scene, and you can attend a Baltimore Symphony Orchestra performance (and more!) at the incredible Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. We definitely recommend attending a performance here at least once! For concerts, opera and ballet, The Lyric offers a wide selection of performances all year long. And of course, the Hippodrome Theater is over 100 years old and offers world-class entertainment in a majestic setting.



Aquarium: As it’s located right on the water, Baltimore’s maritime scene is filled with activities for ocean lovers. Explore the National Aquarium as part of you Baltimore experience! This state-of-the-art facility features dozens of animals and exhibits that will fascinate for hours.



Beautiful parks: Explore Baltimore’s natural side in one of its many gorgeous parks! Here’s one of our favorites:

  • Showing off one of the best views in the city, Federal Hill Park is a 10+ acres park with history that goes back centuries. This Baltimore landmark features a playground, basketball court, restaurants, pubs, park benches, areas for picnicking, and much more.





Baltimore’s Inner Harbor: Many of the popular attractions mentioned here are featured in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, but you can find many more must-see destinations here as well! Waterfront views: The Baltimore Waterfront Promenade stretches on for almost 7 miles, and part of this picturesque walk is located in Federal Hill.







Horse races: Home of Preakness Stakes (the second leg of the triple crown), the historic Pimlico Race Course has been around since 1870. For those who enjoy going out to the races, Pimlico presents a rare opportunity!
