Active Inventory

The total number of active homes on the market this September in Nottingham was 167 homes, up 2.45% from the same time last year.

Average Sales Price

Last September, the average sale price for Nottingham was $195,095. This year, average home prices ticked downward, on average, to $184,464, a decrease of 5.45% or $10,631 compared to the same time last year.

Units Sold

There was a decrease in total homes sold in September, with 40 sold this month in Nottingham versus 56 sold in August, a decrease of 28.6%. Total homes sold in September decreased 4.8% compared to 42 homes sold during the same time last year.

Current Contracts

Down 8.0% from August, there were 46 homes that went under contract pending sale this September in Nottingham, up 21.1% compared to 38 homes during the same time a year ago.
